Policies

The primary registrant of a group must be 18 years or older.

Any attendees in a registration group under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Display space is specifically for exhibition of my personal LEGO creations, including MOCs, brick films, and related items.

Exhibitors are not allowed sell anything from displays.

Exhibitors are not allowed to advertise for 3rd parties from my display.

Displays should not contain anything deemed detrimental to the public image of Brickworld. Exhibitors will be required to remove at least that portion of the display. This includes, but is not limited to adult-oriented humor, depictions of pornography, and controversial political depictions.

All displays must be in place by 9:00 AM on Saturday and remain in place until 3:00 PM on Sunday.

Exhibitors give Brickworld full rights and access to use images of LEGO creations and attendee's likeness in all of Brickworld’s advertising for future expos, conventions, social media, and other advertisements and marketing materials.

Code of Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

Stealing, cheating, breaking any law or rule, or engaging in disorderly conduct is prohibited at Brickworld. Disorderly conduct includes roughhousing, running, riding a skateboard or scooter, parkour, etc.

Harassment

Brickworld strictly prohibits any unwelcome behavior, including verbal, physical, or visual conduct that demeans or shows hostility towards another individual based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Consent is Key

If someone says your behavior is unwelcome, you must stop immediately.
