Brickworld Indy Postponed for Covid-19 Pandemic

Sadly, Brickworld Indy (initially scheduled for March 21 & 22, 2020) is being postponed until November.  The upside of this is that the builders will break out some cool winter and holiday creations that you don’t normally see at the Brickworld Indy show.

The official statement of postponement is shown below.  We are excited to see everyone at Brickworld Indy in November.  Play Well!  And stay healthy!

Official statement

ISFEC Statement: In the interest of public health, Governor Holcomb has ordered that all non-essential gatherings must be limited to no more than 250 people. Until further notice events scheduled at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center are suspended. We will work in the coming weeks to reschedule those events that we can.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but the safety and health of our guests, staff and community are our top priority. Brickworld will honor all current pre-sale tickets at the new event date, November 14 & 15, 2020.

Brickworld Chicago 2020 Theme and Event Kit Contest

In 2019, Brickworld stepped up our game in charitable giving with two successful public raffles for Make-a-Wish. In the spirit of continuing to give and welcoming new AFOLs out of their dark ages, we are excited to announce our theme for 2020: Building Bridges

We are now accepting submissions for next year’s event set. Please send renderings, ldd/lxf files or photos to eventkit@brickworld.com before August 30, 2019.

The event kit should be 150 parts or less (but don’t lose any sleep if you are a little over that limit) and must be made from parts that are currently in production. The event kit must not contain any minifigures. The kit should adhere to the theme in some way. Good luck and happy building!
